Yes it's that time of year where for some of us, the start of Spring marks the beginning of the Hayfever season and this can really make life miserable. Sneezying, itchy eyes and throats and feeling "heady" and slightly fluey become the status quo. In my experience, acupuncture is one of the best treatment's for hayfever and can markedly reduce the symptoms.
The best time to have acupuncture is just before the hayfever season starts, that is before the trees and plants that effect you pollenate. This means you will be less reactive. However if you are suffering from an acute attack of hayfever acupuncture will help reduce your reaction and weekly treatments will help keep it under control.
