Connecting with your Heart Mind is very good for you - very healthy for your heart and your whole self .......and it feels good!

WHAT TO DO:

RELAX - close your eyes, allow your body to soften as if it is melting.

FEEL into your Heart Space with lightness and come from a place of True Intention 

BREATHE IN: LOVE.   Feel your heart space OPEN and EXPAND. 

Gratitude naturally follows LOVE, so allow the breath to leave and flow out naturally with GRATITUDE.

You can't help but feel better !!! 

Doing this connects you with the state of LOVE which is a truly wonderful feeling. 
It is our natural state of being underneath all the negative thinking that becomes our habit. 

In the winter it is easy to feel a bit low and this is a good way of raising your vibe naturally. 
Once you get the hang of it you can bring this awareness to your breathing as you go about 
your day and you don't need to close your eyes. It can have pretty instantaneous results - 
if you can't create 5 minutes space - start with 5 breaths.......
