What is Yuan Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese self-healing practice that combines physical movements and postures, breathing techniques and a positive use of the mind for better health, well-being, fitness and vitality. It is becoming more and more popular worldwide alongside Yoga and the Martial Arts as its remarkable effects are being recognised. There are many styles of Qigong - I have chosen to practice and teach Yuan Qigong because of it is so enjoyable, it brings me into a calm state state where I feel happy, I feel switched on and creative and my body is healthier, vital, energised and strong. Yuan Qigong offers an opportunity to develop a healthier and revitalised version of yourself. It was founded and developed by Qigong Master practitioner and world reknowned healer Yuan Tze. Our state of health is defined by the Quality, Quantity and Flow of Qi throughout our body and mind and our own Qi can be powerfully improved by the practice of Qigong. When you practice Yuan Qigong you you increase the amount of energy in your system, you make the energy healthier so health conditions improve and you increase the flow of energy so you feel more alive, energised, flexible and strong. When you increase the amount quality and flow of Qi, it gets to work inside the body, naturally transforming what is unhealthy into healthy. You might be surprised how quickly you notice changes in your health. Yuan Gong works on the whole body including the muscles, bones, nerves, endocrine and lymph systems and the brain. It also works on the mind and consciousness. in a nutshell Yuan Qigong harnesses lifeforce energy (Qi) to nourish, rejuvenate, heal and uplift.
Qi: is your 'vital energy' or 'lifeforce'

Are you stressed or anxious? Yuan Gong will help you get out of the "mind stream" and away from incessant mental chatter to a deeper calmer more centred space, from which you can think more clearly, be more creative and develop your own potential.

Overwhelmed, can't concentrate? Yuan Gong brings clear and healthy Qi to the brain and helps calm the mind so you can think more clearly and be more effective at home or at work
